Development of the brand for Lojas Americanas' Shared Service Center, which is a business unit aimed at generating a greater competitive advantage for the company through the efficiency and excellence of internal processes.
A brand is a feeling of a person about a product, service or organization. It's a feeling because brands are defined by people, not businesses, markets or public.
The associates of the company in question have many tasks and little time and the development of the brand was intended to give them confidence that it could help, facilitate, and be friendly.
It comprises the symbol, the logo, the emotions and the colors. Developed using User Experience process like, research, user cases and real persona, internal benchmark, which through researches made with other sectors in the company itself had the intention to improve the processes of the sector in question and Design Thinking methodology.
